Help
E1 Universe is a non-custodial wallet for the E1U token on Ethereum. You hold your own keys — which makes a few things work differently from a bank app. Here's how to get help and handle the basics.

Common questions
Your 12-word recovery phrase is the master key to your wallet. It's created on your device and never sent anywhere. Write it down and keep it offline and private.
Because the wallet is non-custodial, no one can recover it for you — not the developer, not anyone. If you lose the phrase and lose access to the device, the funds cannot be restored. If you have the phrase, you can restore the wallet on any compatible wallet app.
First, check your internet connection and tap the refresh icon at the top of the home screen. The app reads balances from the Ethereum network and automatically tries backup nodes if the main one is busy, so a second attempt usually works.
If you see a network error message, wait a moment and refresh again. Make sure you imported the correct wallet — the address on the home screen should match the one holding your tokens.
Every transaction on Ethereum — including sending a token like E1U — requires a small network fee paid in ETH (called “gas”). Keep a little ETH in your wallet so you can send. Before confirming a send, the app shows you the estimated maximum fee and lets you pick a speed (Slow, Normal, Fast).
The PIN protects access to the app on your device and can't be reset from outside the app for security reasons. If you also use biometric unlock, use that to get in, then change the PIN in Settings.
If you can't unlock at all, reinstall the app and import your wallet again using your 12-word recovery phrase. This is why keeping that phrase safe matters.
Open Settings → “Reveal recovery phrase” to view your 12 words, and store them somewhere safe and offline. To restore on another device, install the app and choose “Import”, then enter those words.
History is an optional feature that reads from the Etherscan service. To enable it, add a free Etherscan API key in the app's configuration. Without a key, the History screen will explain this and link to where you can get one.
You do. The wallet is non-custodial: your keys are generated and stored encrypted on your device using Android's secure storage, and the developer never has access to them or to your funds. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what stays on your device and what doesn't.
About
E1U has drifted quietly through Ethereum since 2020 — unlisted, not for sale, held by only a handful of wallets. This app is a simple, self-custody way to view and move it. Learn more at e1universe.com.
