1. Who we are

This website (https://www.e1universe.com) is operated by Dr. Enea Maiandi, Italy (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question you can write to hello@e1universe.com. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as data controller for the very limited processing described below.

2. What we collect

No personal data is collected through this website. There are no contact forms, no account registration, no newsletter sign-up, no comments and no e-commerce. We do not ask for, store or process your name, email, address or any identifier — unless you choose to email us directly (see §6).

3. Cookies & tracking

We use no analytics, advertising, social or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site can set is a single functional flag (e1u_consent) that simply remembers you have seen the cookie notice, so it isn't shown again. It contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone. Details are in the cookie policy.

4. Fonts & external resources

All fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain. We do not load web fonts, libraries or media from third-party content-delivery networks, so your IP address and browser are not exposed to any external provider while browsing this site.

5. Server logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical request data (such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent) in server logs for security and to keep the service running. These logs are generated at the infrastructure level, are not used to profile visitors, and are retained only for the period required for security and legal purposes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure website.

6. If you contact us

If you email us, we will process the contents of your message and your email address solely to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not use this information for marketing and do not share it.

7. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. As we hold essentially no personal data about visitors, in practice there is little to exercise these rights against — but you may contact us at any time at hello@e1universe.com, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly process any data relating to them.

9. The E1U token

E1U is a public ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. Any blockchain transaction is public, pseudonymous and permanent by the nature of the network, and is entirely outside our control. This privacy policy concerns this website only, not the public Ethereum ledger.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
